SAINT ROCH RESTAURANT
Cooking that is refined, rich in flavours, prepared using fresh products by chef Fabrice Taillard, who has worked at prestigious hotels along the French Riviera. Fabrice Taillard, has since 1999 orchestrated the kitchens at the Saint Roch; all his know-how goes into cooking that is inspired by the cycle of the seasons. The selection is regularly renewed for you to discover the best of the region and from further afield.
The restaurant is open all year round. It has an open terrace for sunny days with a view over the garden, and offers a children’s play area.
The Saint Roch restaurant has worked with its sommelier to draw up a new wine list that is a fine match for the chef’s creations: vintages drawn from the vineyards of our region, the Loire Valley, some essential drinking, and a few choice nuggets.
Our restaurant also offers modestly-priced, quick lunches on weekdays.
